1. Service Presentation
1.1. The Clean My Exam website offers advanced tools to transform and analyze user documents.
1.2. Our service is specifically designed to meet the needs of students by offering them text transformation and analysis tools based on recognized algorithms in the sector.
1.3. We are not affiliated with any third-party service, including Compilatio or similar software, and comparisons are provided for informational purposes only.
2. Service Usage
2.1. Users agree to use the provided tools and reports only for personal or academic purposes, in compliance with the regulations of their respective institutions.
2.2. Any attempt to circumvent credit limitation policies or abuse our tools (for example, by creating multiple accounts) is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service access.
3. Report Generation
3.1. Reports generated by Clean My Exam are anonymized and contain no information allowing them to be directly linked to third-party tools or services.
3.2. Users acknowledge that the results provided by Clean My Exam are estimates based on independent algorithms and do not guarantee automatic academic validation by third-party software or institutions.
3.3. The website does not guarantee that the provided reports will prevent detection by third-party tools.
3.4. Clean My Exam provides assistance in reformulation and reduction of automated detection. Results may vary depending on the content and detection algorithms used. No guarantee of complete removal of AI detection is provided.
4. Responsibility
4.1. All elements contained on the Site are provided 'as is' and without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law. Clean My Exam does not guarantee that this Site is free from inaccuracies, errors and/or omissions, or that its content is appropriate for your particular use or up to date. Clean My Exam does not guarantee results from the use of any content. You are solely responsible for the use of elements contained on this Site. Any use of the Site is at your sole risk. You must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
4.2. Clean My Exam disclaims any responsibility in case of non-compliance of transformed or analyzed documents with the specific requirements of an academic institution or organization.
4.3. Comparisons made with third-party software are for indicative purposes only and do not constitute a declaration of affiliation or partnership.
4.4. In no case can Clean My Exam be held responsible for errors, omissions or disputes resulting from the use of generated reports.
4.5. Clean My Exam has only an obligation of means and not of results. The service is provided as is and relies on automated processing that may produce variations depending on the type of content or external algorithms used. The user acknowledges that these variations cannot constitute grounds for complaint, refund or dispute.
5. Data Protection
5.1. Documents sent by users are processed in strict confidence and are not shared with third parties.
5.2. All files are deleted from our servers after 30 days, unless the user explicitly requests to keep the data longer.
6. Limitation of Results Usage
6.1. Users are not authorized to share, resell or reproduce reports generated by Clean My Exam for commercial purposes.
6.2. Any mention or use of reports must comply with current laws and regulations of the concerned institutions.
7. Intellectual Property
This site is protected by intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, designs and models, databases, etc. and is the exclusive property of Clean My Exam.
All content, including but not limited to texts, data, graphics, images, sounds, videos, logos, icons or html code, is protected by intellectual property law and remains the property of Clean My Exam or third parties.
You must not modify content copied, downloaded or printed from the Site in any way. Any other use of Site content without prior written authorization from Clean My Exam is prohibited.
Failure to comply with the above prohibitions may constitute an act of counterfeiting and/or unfair competition engaging your civil and/or criminal liability.
8. Applicable Law
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to current legislation.
8.2. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
9. Refund Policy
9.1. The purchase of a subscription or credits on Clean My Exam grants immediate access to the services offered (analysis, transformation, report generation, etc.). From this access, the service is considered to have begun.
9.2. In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the fourteen (14) day period when their execution has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer. Thus, by proceeding with payment, the user acknowledges that the service execution begins immediately and expressly waives their right of withdrawal as soon as they access the platform or use a feature.
9.3. The right of withdrawal remains applicable only to new subscriptions, and during the fourteen (14) days following the purchase date, provided that the service has not been used (no analysis, no credits used, transformation or report generation). Once the service is used, even partially, no refund will be granted.
9.4. Outside the case provided for in article 9.3, no refund will be made, including in the following situations: • forgotten cancellation or non-use of the service after automatic renewal, • dissatisfaction related to the result obtained or perceived quality of the service, • manipulation error or formula selection error during purchase.
9.5. Clean My Exam subscriptions are non-committal and automatically renewable. It is up to the user to cancel their subscription before the renewal date to avoid any new charge. Payments made before cancellation are considered due and non-refundable.
9.6. In case of proven technical malfunction, completely preventing access to the service and attributable to Clean My Exam, an exceptional refund may be considered upon presentation of precise supporting documents (screenshots, date, time, detailed description of the problem). Any request must be made within seven (7) days following the incident.
9.7. Refund requests must be addressed in writing via Clean My Exam's official support or to the email address indicated on the site. Clean My Exam reserves the right to refuse any request that does not strictly meet the above conditions.
10. "Unlimited" Offer — Pro Plan
10.1. The so-called "unlimited" offer allows users to benefit from a high volume of use of the services offered by Clean My Exam, within the scope of normal, personal, academic or professional use, consistent with the purpose of the service. Unlimited use does not mean a total absence of technical restrictions or controls, but extended access designed to cover the standard and intensive needs of an individual user.
10.2. Normal use means any use: carried out by a single person, intended for personal work (dissertations, reports, theses, professional documents), without automation, resale, pooling or exploitation for third-party commercial purposes, and not aimed at circumventing the technical, economic or functional limitations of the service. Any manifestly excessive, automated, diverted use or use likely to harm the stability, performance or fairness of the service for other users may be considered abusive.
10.3. Clean My Exam reserves the right to monitor overall use of the service for security, performance and abuse prevention purposes, to apply temporary limitations, processing delays or technical adjustments in the event of exceptionally high usage, and to contact the user concerned in order to propose a solution adapted to their needs. These measures are solely intended to ensure the continuity, quality and fairness of the service for all users.
10.4. In the event of proven abusive use, Clean My Exam reserves the right, after analysis, to temporarily limit access to certain features, to restrict the processing volume, to suspend access to the service, or, as a last resort, to terminate the subscription concerned. These measures do not give rise to any refund, total or partial.
10.5. As the unlimited offer is a digital service with immediate execution, no refund may be required in the event of a temporary limitation due to excessive use, non-compliance with these conditions, or dissatisfaction related to the interpretation of the term "unlimited" outside the framework defined above.
10.6. By subscribing to an offer including unlimited use, the user acknowledges having read these conditions, understands that unlimited use is governed by normal use, and accepts the regulatory measures necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
